Your attempts to insulate the BoD using 'logical arguments' to either connect or disconnect their influence on the share price fail because of a bad premise, although one could easily argue that the rise in share price in '06 was indeed a pump.

Rather, the basis for the overwhelming discontent rests with the immense failure of the BoD to do anything positive with the revenues gifted to them, and worse, their squandering of millions and millions all the while collecting exorbitant fees. Add to that, their failure to adequately steward millions more in liquid assets. They make too many lousy business decisions and, simply put, I don't trust them at all with MMP revenues! Nor do many others.

You can continue on with cute but failing defenses and deflections, as perhaps you are earning a check, but most know the 3 amigos need to be put out to pasture.
