Not really. I couldn't care less what the status of their relationship is at the moment. But, on the off-chance that there is a move to put Caplan on the board (or any other major shareholder presented as board material simply on the basis of number of shares owned), I'd like to know whether they just like to schmooze or whether the relationship involves something deeper. Wouldn't you? That's not a rhetorical question; you would want to know, wouldn't you?
