in regard to Stan for BoD:

-This might be "A" move in the right direction.!!

This would NOT be a simple process..

Therefore a successful result would indicate a level of expertise,which would be 'in and by itself', a demonstration of competence that validates the confidence placed in Stan and his supporters..(Remember that all previous efforts,were fruitless)..

.I see NO downside to this endeavor,and 'IF',it is accomplished,
could result in a, "Sigh of relief",from many who now are quite
apprehensive.. (Concerned that New settlement money would NOT
benefit the shareholders)..

It would 'at least',,give the shareholders some feeling of
control over the future of PTSC/PDSG..

And on another note I TOO am for TERM LIMITS for BoD members. Absolutely. People tend to get lazy and complacent when they are never challenged IMO.
