Stan is exactly the type of person we need on the BoD. He's a large shareholder with a business background. His goal is to increase shareholder value.
I would prefer any future BoD members to be stockholders as well with no other ties to the company. IMO if someone on the inside is put on the board, they may be more likely to plan and vote on what is right for their division of the company rather than for the good of the shareholders. That is if someone from PDSG was put on the BoD they may have PDSG's best interests at heart rather than the shareholders.
It would also be nice to see future payment of the BoD members tied to the shareprice after all they are there to build value in the stock. So far they have just been another drain on funds.
I agree that PTSC needs to put M&A on hold for now, build cash reserves and distribute a portion of the MMP license revenue to the shareholders in the form of dividends and or in stock buy backs.
