WHY NOW?

In fairness to Deb, the letter is dated July 19th...shareprice hovered around .12 cents and vol. nothing to brag about. No press release of any substance for awhile.

People were tired of nothing happening, shareprice plummeting and no news.

So how long should we shareholders wait to see positive directions for PTSC?
