Consider this:

On the USPTO site you can find Patent Assignment Abstract of Title (for 336). If you follow the chain you will see 11/26/2003

Assignor: Moore reel/frame: 014178/0319

Assignee: TPL

Then on 3/20/2009

Assignor: Moore reel/frame: 022440/0445

Assignee: Moore Trust

It could be nothing other than Moore assigning what he owns to his trust. Or, could it mean that TPL no longer owns anything and Moore is now transferring 1/2 to the trust. These documents can be ordered via e-mail for $25 (each reel/frame)
