Thanks for your post. I can see how you might come to this conclusion, but, although I haven't gone back to read Ms. Felcyn's email, my recollection is that the substance of it was directed mainly at PDSG (whether to retain it or sell it), and whether the Company might reinstitute a dividend if MMP revenues ever get cranked up again. Such matters would not be dependent upon any "secret info" from TPL, and would thus not fall under any confidentiality obligations with Leckrone or his companies.

In addition to the above, it was Ms. Felcyn who volunteered the information in her email. Should she and/or the Company now choose not to issue follow-up comments after having provided a specific time frame for decisions to have been made, this would, IMO, reach a new level of irresponsibility and disdain toward the retail shareholders.
