I should add that I believe a lot, if not all, of the planning groundwork is already done based on the document/petition prepared by Emtnester/others.

For consideration:

Consider that document a "draft", and once the 90 days have elapsed, submit it to PTSC as a draft, advise of shareholder intent should the BoD/company not live up to their intent as practicable by the 120 day mark, and respectfully request the company advise as to whether the document as written is sufficient to accomplish our objective or what amendments are necessary - in writing.

Such action would not only send a very strong signal, but would place us in a position of "readiness".
