eggbert, That does not seem like it would be legal for them to do. The answer "That's just the way it is" is not good enough. They have a process that they have to follow and the reason should have been explained to you. That answer leaves the public open to all kinds of speculatioin. I think that answers that people get there just depends on who happens to answer the phone or be on duty that day. Perhaps someone just did not know what they were talking about.
