Having had a off-line cooperative discussion with Ronran regarding our conflicting opinions regarding the move of Barco's former legal team to "our side", I now agree that there is the distinct possibility, if not probability, that this move was indeed a component of a settlement negotiation. Long story short, our acquiring the services of that legal team, all else aside, absolutely prevents that team from joining an adversary against us.
