I would rather see a couple million spent on hiring a proven CEO. Someone who has the credentials, a proven track record of good sound business sense, give them complete control, CEO, and COB. If the money starts coming in from the MMP, give him, or her the first couple of million off the top. Take the decision making out of the hands of the proven incompetents. They have to realize that eventually their incompetence is going to bite them, they could end up being investigated and who knows where that would end up. There are only two good ways out for them, quit, or hire someone good to make this company a success. If they keep going in the direction they are going it will lead to no good for them and us. I would imagine if there are skeletons in the closet that someone could discover they would continue to play this thing out as long as they can. Perhaps that is why they can't find anyone.
