Ease as a qualified sports a holoc like myself , great teams need structure / the same damm coach..........Who can have faith in a team or business when you never know who will be running the place............

This has been a nightmaire for any long...........As BILL PARCELLS said, if you want me to run the team / cook the meal / as least let me go shopping for the food / players...
