To put it bluntly, I just can't see CM and TPL letting a pissing match get in the way of their mega pay-off. These guys are GREEDY! I've been informed that CM was actually present at the 336 re-exam meeting back in August but not present at the more recent 148 meeting. I'm thinking that TPL didn't want him there after his first performance. If TPL thought CM "had to be there", I'm sure they would have made it worth his time. If TPL persuaded CM to take down that info on his website (which I'll bet they did), I'm sure they could have convinced him to show up at the all the re-exam meetings if they really wanted him there.
