Your predictions and interpretations have only recently become just "conjecture". Prior to the last quarterly, you would not accept input or criticism from "anyone". You lashed out at anyone who challenged your predictions - I know this first hand. Your predictions were always way out of balance. They never consisted of "anything" negative. If anyone made a prediction that was not so positive, you would come running to explain why they were all wrong. Unfortunately, they turned out to be "all right". You say the downside was discussed too often by most, but "down" is all we've been getting for the past 2 years so it's naturally going to be discussed a lot.
Ron did "know" things. Ron is an expert in litigation - most people could easily recognize this through his posts. The Patriot saga has been all about "legal games". Ron helped us understand the games being played which was invaluable to the board. He did get aggravated with people who tried to interpret these legal games who know absolutely nothing about litigation and had no legal background.
