"They are saying to the investors this is all the money they have received from PDS from the J-3's settlement" at the time of the 10-Q3.
Wolf come on, you know darn well that it's possible, if more money may be coming from the J's contingent on the USPTO decision that the company would not report this money at the time of the 10-Q3. You do get that don't you? If the USPTO decision goes against the patents then yes your right NO more money just as the company said. If the USPTO decision goes in favor of the patents we may get more money that will be reported in the future and the company's statement "This fully reflects the financial results of all transactions announced prior to the end of January 2008" would still be true wouldn't it? So is the company's statement telling you that is all and there is no more ever from the J3? I don't think so.
The Markman ruling was in our favor. We had the J's backed into a corner and they knew it. They didn't want to go to trial. They settled with the only stick they had left the USPTO review. That's my grand illusion and I don't feel it's that big a stretch to believe it's possible and perhaps probable. So just because Ronran and Brian say the world is flat dosn't make it so.
All the best,
Steve
