The results were on PACER.. the Fed Appeal Court PACER.. and no bodies of the Briefs are available.. merely the title of all filings & the result... Affirmed

Yes.. Arm & the '584 was the only 'agreement' of noninfringement for the purpose of imediately filing the Appeal of that portion of the Markman... much of what ARM stated in their PR IMO was bs

How sweet would having the '584 come out of Reexam validated with 55 claims, and then bring the litigation hammer down on ARM once and for all... Perhaps waiting to do it after the '336 & '148 are validated via PTO also.. but then the '749 question comes up.. Leckrone publicly accussed ARM of infringing it, and we are only in the beginning of its reexam process. I guess the '749 could be brought against them separately at a later date...
