...and if you factor in the volume accounting pratices by the OTC, you can divide by one half as you calculate average daily volume or total volume traded by PTSC.

Total Volume - 19 trading days = $19,745,900 divide by half = $9,872,950

PTSC buys back 2 million = 20% of shares accounted for.
