Remember that CJ noted at the SHM that if PTSC beats the J's then teh stcok will be at 1.00 but if not it will be at 15 cents.
Well we didn't win and S&Lgive PTSC a 15 cent valuation.
So tehy'rte gonna sump 15-20 million over the next few months and need 6-8 million in capital to buy back the stock
So they get guys to go on these borad and convince the SHareholders to scream for buybacks
Truth is the buyback is the worst thing a growth company can do with its
money.
If RG wants to buy shares let him take his own money and then let him file a class action RICO law suit against Johnson and Swarcz et al.
Then let file a civil law sut against S&L , johnson and Pohl et al to force repurchase of stock and recapture of monies disbursed for shares illegally recieved.
And then let him\ disbar CJ for breach of Fiduciary Responsibility for supportiing the shorting of the stock as it directly conflicts the primary responsibility to incerase shareholder value.
