are right about the quarterly payments and I believe you are correct about

the SEC requirements in relationship to a Public Co. and it's shareholders.

There has to be some explanation about ongoing income (if it exists) FUT...

looking forward to your analysis.

We'll see what our new CEO provides in tomorrow's letter.

There's GOT to be MORE to this story. This is almost as bad as the Ending

in, "No Country for Old Men".............lol. I Want a better ending!!
