You've read this somewhere in black and white or are you reading tea leaves? Please show me where it says that in the 10Q. If you went to your bank account and suddenly it was empty and the bank said, "your money is in escrow". Would you beleive them or not. You may want to beleive them, but more than likely they would be lying. So why do you choose to beleive it now? Because you want to beleive it? Fact are facts and are undisputable. PTSC is a business we need facts from them. If you walked in their office and the receptionist had on a headband, reading a crystal ball, would you take then seriously. Then why are you satidfied to read tea leaves.
