For starters doesn't everyone think we should at least know who requested the NDA? We all assume it was the J's. We are totally in the dark about everything, and we seem to accept that for some reason? As far as insider trading. Why can't we get an answer as to why that statement was included. It almost seems we are being coned people.Perhaps they were trying to stop insiders, except Swartz, from selling while giving the illusion that the opposite applied. We need much more enlightenment, and ethical behavior, without all this hiding behind what is legally allowed to disclose B/S. If the product isn't going to give us the cash, then stop with all the options and extraordinary legal fees or give us an explaination why the are deserved.
