I agree, BUT:

While PTSC has never been in a better position, the shareprice is not representing this and will NOT as long as the "powers" want it to.

IMHO there is no doubt, that PTSC is in between a "pricing period" (for whatever purpose). The shareprice has never been so low over this long period since January 2006 - and IMHO this is for a reason (and I hope it's a good one, we are benefiting of, if the current "no communications period" is over).

For me the central question is:

Are we in a "pricing period" until end of March or end of June?

I have to tell my wife definitely, when PTSC is heading north....lol
