Re Swartz.. So, you see him retaining some role/influence on PTSC after the 5-31 contract expires and his ever dwindling share count? If (big if) CJ is jettisoned.. does Swartz still have a role here?

VC$... You see a potential need for VC$ even with the MMP producing? How about if we are lucky enough (noknok) to see a best case senario with the PTO/Appeal.. ? Wouldn't we be good to go with MMP $$?

I'm still too obtuse to see a real benefit for either TPL or PTSC for outright purchase of the other's half of the MMP... it would cost boatloads to start with.. and one would need to retain Alliacense to reverse engineer and then enforce and retain TT&C as counsel, etc... I guess the price of a license could grow accordingly but then the cost of counsel would perhaps also...
