DAVID H. POHL. David Pohl has served as a Director of the Company since April 2001, and served as an officer of the Company from January 2001 to March 2002. He was elected Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President on June 13, 2005. On June 5, 2007 he retired as President and Chief Executive Officer.
From the 3-1-08 SignOnSanDiego article:
Pohl resigned from the board on Feb. 7, saying that he wanted to spend more time with his family. Pohl was succeed as chairman by Carlton Johnson
It does not appear, IMO, that Pohl was Chair of the Executive Committee... from which, therefore, he couldn't have resigned/been replaced...
If CJ is in fact COB.. I will be pissed... extremely. Not that JT was fired but that CJ has squirmed his way ever deeper into the PTSC fabric... We all wondered how Giffhorn survived for so long... Now it appears we may have a new LG.
I would then put JT's firing squarely on Swartzy's shoulders.. due to the fact that SP has been crap, and Swartzy has not been happy having to sell recently at such meager profit margins..
