IMO, you're another one of those who can't "think beyond the headline". And apparently you too ignore the "Swartz effect" - the explanation to a very large degree.

But I'll give both of you the benefit of the doubt and suggest that you are both referring to "the masses" who can't get past the word "dispute" or "litigation", regardless of the possible/probable underlying reality.
