I believe it is time to submit a shareholder proposal to be voted on at the next SHM. As you know , I am a proponent of a pps goal being tied to any incentives the management or BoD receive and/or exercise.

Who here has a copy of a similar one , and/or could write up a good one.......and at what price do we tie the performance based goal too. That is what is keeping me from pushing this. Normal companies that can grow the company 20% (pps) in a year may be able to get their performance bonus. This ain't not noway nohow a normal company yet.  I would IMO set the goal at least to the $5 mark and on a bigger market.

What is your opinion of doing such?
