fwiw I feel you are our real shareholder rep. 

Was lil confused on the 5 vs 10% thingy - always thought it was 5 for insiders. Must be 10 for any outside intity purchasing; and I bet his holding did equate to 5 when it all started.

So, we'll know soon - cool.
