The PR(s) has effected the SP in an extremely negative manner and unfortunately, the SP is everything and all that really matters in the end.

Lack of information that was included within the NDA has affected the SP, as has lack of information on PTSC outwith the licensing. I can see no logical or legal reason for Jim Turley not to have addressed the current direction of PTSC, but there is absolutely no way that details of the agreement can be given... FACT.

Agreed on the SP being everything in the end, but this is NOT the end.
