No offense intended, but why would anyone buy more at this time?. The momentum is totally upside down. It has been since the Tejas settlement and NDA. A chart since that day looks like a black diamond ski slope.

What indicates that the stock has settled (for those trying to time the bottom) or that the momentum has shifted (for those like me that buy on the way up)?
