I learned years ago (the hard way) that you never sign ANYTHING without knowing what you are signing.  I signed papers presented to me by my husband, whom I trusted to the nth degree, and learned later that I had signed away my interest in the corporation that he set up.  At the time I did, he was already planning a divorce.  We live and learn.

Without seeing what is going to be in this "shareholder letter", I am amazed at the number of people willing to blindly follow anyone.

I have a lot of confidence in Jim Turley, but I wouldn't sign anything for him either, without reading it all.
