I'm not much smarter but - I don't think the settlement figures matter as much as the new licenses that we're "supposed to obtain" now that the J-3 case has been settled.

We could receive some pretty good numbers in April, but if there haven't been many signings, the SP will not move up. Patriot will still be looked at as a flash in the pan instead of a company with consistent revenue. Those 400 on notice are the key. We did pretty well in December but Patriot has to keep them coming or here we will sit for a long time.
