....the company is giving its shareholders isn't going over too well, it seems (just caught up on most posts from yesterday). Understandable and justified, to a point. I agree with Milestone that the company likely remains in compliance with the letter of SEC disclosure rules. However, the spirit of Reg. FD, etc. requires a much more open and comprehensive description of the suit settlement, IMHO. Hopefully that will be forthcoming in the next few days (remember it has only been 10 days since the settlement, with most folks on holiday break). GLTAL
