    Chairman, CEO & Director

    Mr. Barr has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry, founding Freegold Ventures Limited (retired Oct 2007), Canalaska Uranium Ltd. (retired June 2007), Pacific North West Capital Corp. (currently Chairman and CEO), and Fire River Gold Corp. (retired March 2011). Over the last 15 years, Mr. Barr has also acted in various capacities to restructure El Nino Ventures Inc. (currently Chairman and acting CEO), and Next Gen Metals Inc. (currently President and CEO). Mr. Barr is currently on the Board of Directors of Pacific North West Capital Corp., El Nino Ventures Inc. and Next Gen Metals Inc. Mr. Barr has created shareholder value by building teams to assist him in corporate finance, project acquisition, and exploration and development of mineral projects in 9 countries and 3 continents. As a CEO , he has guided his management teams to complete over 100 option joint venture agreements with major, mid-tier, and junior mining companies.

  • Dr. William Stone

    President & COO

    Dr. Stone, M.Sc and Ph.D, Geology, has held senior positions with international and Canadian mining and mineral exploration companies based in Vancouver and Toronto and has more than twenty-five years of exploration experience, including significant experience with platinum group metals (PGMs) and nickel-copper sulphides and a wealth of technical and practical experience. He served as Principal Geologist and Vice President of Exploration with several Canadian and Australian listed firms, including positions with WMC Resources Ltd. at Kambalda (Western Australia), location of world-class nickel sulphide and gold mining districts. Dr. Stone was also a Senior Lecturer in Economic Geology and Geochemistry at the University of Western Australia in Perth. Dr. Stone joins us from his most recent position as Vice-President of Exploration, Canada, for Magma Metals Ltd., where he was responsible for exploration of the recently discovered TBN PGE-Cu-Ni sulphide deposit near Thunder Bay, Ontario. Previously he served as Vice President of Exploration for North American Palladium Ltd., where he was responsible for PGE exploration at the Lac des Iles Mine near Thunder Bay and the APP Joint Venture Project in Finland, and gold exploration at the Sleeping Giant Mine near Amos, Quebec.

    Mr. Oness has extensive experience and education in all aspects of corporate management with strengths in strategic planning, business development and investor relations for public companies. He has served as a director, executive and consultant to public companies in the resource and non-resource fields over a 20 year career.

    Mr. Guanzon has been in the field of accounting for more than 20 years. He has been involved in the financial reporting of pharmaceutical manufacturing, business, research and development, real estate/property management and project building construction.   • Ali Hassanallizadeh

    VP Exploration

    Mr. Hassanalizadeh, M.Sc, PGeo, MBA is a senior geologist who possess extensive experience in mineral exploration and project management. He graduated in geology in 1991 and completed his M.Sc. in Petrology in 1995. In 2010 he completed an MBA at Queen's University, building on his experiences as Project Geologist and Project Manager. Ali has been responsible for a number of Uranium, gold and base metal projects during his exploration career with various explorations companies. Ali is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

  • Mr. Michael Neumann P. Eng

    Director

    Mr. Neumann brings significant experience in the mining arena and has been Proprietor of Neumann Engineering and Mining Services, Inc. since 1993 providing international engineering services focusing primarily on underground hard rock engineering facets such as mine design, productivity improvements, rock mechanics, second opinions, peer reviews and other types of studies.

    Mr. Neumann is a graduate of Haileybury School of Mines and Michigan Technological University (Mining Engineering Degree) a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining, the International Society of Rock Mechanics and the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario. Concurrent with his current position, from 2003 to 2006, Mr. Neumann was Director and Chief Operating Officer of Silver Eagle Mines Inc., (now Excellon Resources Inc.) a TSX listed Canadian-based silver exploration and development company focused on acquiring, exploring and developing high grade silver deposits among the silver mines in Mexico. Prior to this Mr. Neumann was Co- Founder and Director of the Engineering Seismology Group Inc. based in Kingston, Ontario. His early industry experience includes positions of Chief Engineer at Campbell Red Lake Mines and Underground Superintendent at Barrick's Holt McDermott Mine.
