Anyone have any insight re: why RMK and ONT fast tracked this merger... remember it iwas orignially announced to be closed by end of January 2010...they really moved things along asap... closing more than 1 full month earlier than anticipated... I hope it's beacuse there are good things planned right out of the gate in 2010... what other forces could have been at play here to rush this deal?... whatever the reason I am glad to see and 2010 we come...
