Same (very extended) family. Binladin Group is one of the biggest contracting companies in Saudi Arabia and is responsible for the mammoth expansion of the Grand Mosque in Mecca in addition to major projects across the Kingdom. They were the company that were suspended formally by the King after the crane collapse in September just before the Hajj Pilgrimage.
