Yes, Bill, got your message a few minutes ago. I am getting ready to head out of town for 2 weeks, but have gathered some notes, etc. and will try to respond later. But I think it would be better if you just called Charlie. I remember it all being laid out in the various "Ks", but don't have it memorized.
