Since it has been brought up as a concern on here in the past, I thought I would mention it. The couple articles I read say the country is rejoicing in his return, although I have no idea if they would say if they weren't. The article below discusses the effect his return had on their stock market. It ends with the following:

"New economic decisions may be taken now that HM is back in the country. New projects, which might have been awaiting approval, may be implemented," he said.
