May I again point out that I am not worried at all, and think that any share price under $5 is an absolute bargain. But that is not what we are after. Only when the price tops $10, and comes close to $25 everything will become a bit more interesting.

It is just that my view on milestones slightly differ to some contributors.

I’ve opened bottle of champagne after DA was signed. Next one is coming when I see updated design and master plan with associated figures that will confirm the project is sound, and the third one when I see heavy machinery roaming along the beachfront.

After that, everything will be piece of cake, and champagne will flow continuously.
