On the left hand side of the website, under the "Hub Home" button there is a pink link to photos. Agoracom's "Ratings and rankings" information page says that at the treasurer level you can edit/upload photos. I do not have those privileges in the mail room, but I am guessing if you click the photos link while you are logged in to agoracom you may have the ability to add the photos there.
