Project to be developed on 245 acres of beach front land on Gulf of Oman. The estimated cost approximately $2.5 Billion. BNP Paribas To Lead Construction Financing Syndicate.

from what I heard. the wave took months from start of the idea to the breaking of ground. the reason is because they purchased the land to build on and since they were from the middle east they had no problems with the law of the land. we on the other hand did not buy the land and until the DA is signed we do not own the land and the sultan can take it away at a moments notice. I am telling you second hand information. If this is incorrect , Agoracom, please advise what is correct information
