"Thanks,I knew I could count on you. As you can see on this "bored "you are not allowed hunches feelings or gut instinct. you also get financial advise as to betting your farm or ranch when you do. My gut and hunches have done very well for me and trust them more then some of the advise i get here. Anyone who doesn't want to accept any more delays on this project can cash out anytime they want.
