on the other hand...if you were "selling" Hay Mountain to a potential investor, you could point out that LBSR has drilling permits in hand and any type of vegetation or archaeological concerns have already been addressed. I'm sure JB and BG have thought if this. I know Leif and VP and others in different ways have expressed the thought that having one large/angel investor could be the answer here. Were I that investor, those drill permits and the "drill-ready" message might be the icing on the cake.
