Since the S-1 was approved, it appears that outstanding shares has increased by 22 million in the last two weeks.

What is interesting is that these shares before and now have been Wolfed down easily, could it be our future JV partner is the buyer?

Food for thought: Our soon to be JV partner......Getting shares on the cheap and when announcement of JV partner/drilling happens makes a bundle to fund their further on investment in Liberty?
