One thing to keep in mind- and a very good thing- is that- as the pps rises- there will be less of a dilutional impact for whatever plan might be in the offing. Optimism becomes almost self fulfilling as it fuels a rise in the pps and that in turn results in more bang for the buck- or- in this case- each share.
