i can only speculate as a layman that PB did not deliver fast enough in the manner expected to deliver contracts despite the efficiency comment from DL..if that is the case then it was a good move to part ways...I have to believe its all priced in at 5cents given the value of Ortsbo and potential with Yapnn but we will see..
just as an aside I checked European Patent Office given there is no update on the US patent application and they requested further examination of the Orstbo application in July.( it appears US patent was merged with European application given they are seeking protection essentially worldwide) ...the Euros have commented on the fact the technology is patentable from a commercialization point of view but not strictly from an invention or novelty aspect given the tools used are not new... ...the important part from a monetization point of view imo is the commercialization protection

The Ortsbo team continues to focus on its core programs including Global Customer Care, Gamification and select social activities, and will also continue to develop key revenue growth areas including broadcast content opportunities given the April 2012 US FCC rule changes requiring closed captioning for an online content broadcast.
To date, contracts between Ortsbo and industry leading clients have been executed and have initiated revenue. Ortsbo has completed its Customer Care proof of concept trials and is in the process of rolling out its first stage clients, of which further information is forthcoming. Ortsbo is also providing development support for a number of new technology and broadcast opportunities which it anticipates will lead to further commercial success
