(OTCBB:YPPN) ("Yappn or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its development platform, Yappn (www.yappn.com), an upcoming online multi-lingual social community where people can meet, chat, engage and consume media in almost 70 languages, set to fully launch in Summer 2013, has signed an initial agreement to license its global social media platform providing multi-lingual topic based discussions to Rallee (www.rall.ee) a voice based "walkie talkie" iPhone and Android app for Facebook.

Launched in December 2012, initially for Android and then in February for iPhone, Rallee allows users to invite their Facebook friends to voice chat online on a one to one and group basis. Using Rallee, once an invite to voice chat is accepted the users enter a room and begin chatting. Rooms can be set up for casual and topic based conversations. Rallee has been tested with users initiating approximately 1,000,000 calls and almost 3,000,000 usage minutes recorded in its early trials with full rollout beginning in September 2013.

Yappn will provide Rallee with a unique set of tools enabling topic based text chat, allowing Rallee users to "jump" from voice to text chat in almost 70 languages with one push of a button. Users will also have an up to the minute topic feed from Yappn that includes Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram and other social media outlets in their selected native language. The combined product will be made available to international telecom carriers and via major social media networks.

Under the terms of the agreement, Rallee will also provide a license of its technology to Yappn for use in the Yappn community and as part of the Yappn tool set offering. Yappn users will now be able to jump from the Yappn page to a voice based platform allowing interested parties to continue the conversation beyond text. Future plans are underway to make the voice chat multi-lingual as well.
