TORONTO, Feb. 17 - Intertainment Media Inc. ("Intertainment" or the "Corporation") (TSXV:INT) today announced that it has developed a new industry advertising platform, Ad Taffy (www.adtaffy.com), the sticky business solution. Ad Taffy provides advertisers with the ability to instantly offer online and mobile users geo-targeted location, retailer and product information and can connect them instantly via their online, mobile or land lines to a desired vendor directly with one click of an online or mobile ad.

Ad Taffy is a service and engagement fees based system that removes the user frustration of finding a local vendor or service provider from an online or mobile advertisement. Ad Taffy instantly provides users with real time mapping, retailer and product information and connects them with one click via their online, land or mobile phone as soon as they interact with an ad, reducing the time spent searching for information and increasing lead generation and sales. Ad Taffy is ideal for all online and mobile advertisers that have physical presence and are looking to drive traffic to these locations, engage the consumer at the time of interest as well as increase and measure advertising return on investment.

Working with leading Advertising Agencies and Ad Networks, Ad Taffy instantly generates revenue by providing online advertisers with the ability to instantly connect with users. When a user clicks on a "Locate" button in an online or mobile ad, they are instantly presented with a map pinpointing their current location and the location of the nearest retailers, product dealers or service providers. Using the backbone services of Intertainment's itiBiti platform, a user can, with one click, connect to the retailer by online, land or mobile phones that dials both the retailer location and the user, causing both phones to ring simultaneously, creating an instant connection. Travel directions to the location will also be instantly available and users will have the ability to refine the map results creating a truly personal experience.

Ad Taffy provides online advertisers with an efficient and elegant business model, allowing them to upload their location and inventory data, retailer/dealer logos, rich media (videos, pictures, audio files, etc.) along with data feeds and the ability to create maps that are based on the user's location to offer a fully localized experience for the consumer. The platform is completely customizable for any size of business or service provider and Ad Taffy charges the advertiser a service fee, as well as engagement fees based on system interactions.

At the board meeting following Intertainment's Annual General Meeting on February 8, 2009, the Board of Directors granted 2,000,000 common share purchase options at a price of $0.14, to insiders of the Company, subject to regulatory approval.
