IMHO further dilution is inevitable, however a couple of good (or better) gold intercepts at Greenwood could easily get the SP up to an area that a financing is not so painful.

I'm sure I remember reading in one of the releases, or annual updates, or something, that Grizzly was either looking at, or already had transferred the potash assets to a wholly owned company (I think it was called Alberta Potash Corp...) I wonder if Griz has ideas of spinning that off and developing both projects for their own merits rather than have what could be different market timings averaging out to lower SP. On the other hand, in the long run, that average could be beneficial, especially in an unsteady market...
