(DYA) ("Dynamic" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that the annual general and special meeting of its shareholders will be held at 4:00 p.m. (ET) on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at the Quality Hotel & Suites at 580 Bruin Blvd., Woodstock, Ontario, N4V 1E5. The Corporation is also pleased to provide an update on the status of the Corporation's previously announced project with First Majestic Silver Corp. ("First Majestic").

In March 2009, Dynamic provided an update on its Pilot Project with First Majestic and announced the development of a new product line - Power Generators (PG), focused on the reduction of fuel and emissions from high horsepower stationary generators. As stated in Dynamic's March 18, 2009 press release, testing of Dynamic's prototype Power Generator on two types of First Majestic's diesel powered generators was conducted over a period of roughly nine days. The Corporation is encouraged by the test results that have been delivered to First Majestic. The Corporation also continues to discuss potential terms and programs for installation of Dynamic's units at First Majestic's mine sites, in addition to working through various logistical factors relating to the installation of the PG units. Further updates on these discussions will be provided once the business relationship between the parties is further defined and/or finalized.
