Canseco, read my earlier post regarding the possibility of this being a short play. In that scenario, the seller wouldn't really worry about the effect it has on the share price, as the short is already in. Anything nibbled off of the big ask is just added to the existing short, down to the warrant price that is the strike price for the shares being used to back the big ask. But even then, while the big ask may not go below that strike price, the pre-existing short probably has no such constrictions, and would be most profitable if ZEN hits zero.
